Market Stall Details - Natural Bridge
Thank you for your interest in participating in Lovefest!
Markets include drinks vendors, healing and bodywork practitioners and stalls selling products or services. These services provide Lovefest with a vibrant connected space, additional revenue to help our events thrive, and are a great way to connect with your people and expand your community.
Note: there are no food vendors at this event
If your markets application is successful, you agree to:
Contribute 20% of your sales - within 7 days of the event.
Note: In some cases your costs may be high (e.g. providing locally sourced organic produce or upgrading to more sustainable supply chains. If this is the case please contact us to discuss)
Provide your own public liability insurance, and relevant certificates/licenses for your offering
Actively engage and promote the event to your contacts and in your socials on a regular basis (e.g. weekly on socials, speaking at your events, and sending emails to your base)
Provide only compostable or reusable food packaging
Lovefest will:
Provide entry for you and 1 crew member (note: extra crew tickets are available on request at a discounted price)
Create a Pre-event social media post on the Facebook event and Instagram
Provide a space suitable for your market onsite, and help connect you with community
You will need to be self sufficient, and provide your own power, lighting and ability to accept cash/card payments.
In some single day venues power will be available, this will be communicated on application (Not available for camping festivals). Power source should be battery and/or solar or gas. Generators will be considered by application.
Please note that all applications are taken in to consideration, however preference will be given to local providers and it will be the final decision of the Lovefest events team on what will be suitable for each event.
