A gentle introduction to breathwork - Saturday 29 June 1-5pm, Killara
This is a small group experience – maximum ten people – that will give you an introductory experience of breathwork. Whether you have experienced breathwork before, practiced pranayama in yoga, or never though of breath more than "keeps me alive", this is for you.
The afternoon will include explanation and an experience of:
The breath
Breathing techniques
Breathwork
Emotional block release
Don’t panic – this experience is a gentle introduction so you will not go through a full emotional trauma release process as my clients do at my weekend Breakthrough Retreats (though be open to letting go of whatever does come up for you). The main aim is for you to experience your breath in a way that you may never have before and feel.
