The SOMA Awakening Journey is a musical experience.
Rhythmic breathing is the foundation of SOMA, and breathing in beats with music created for your journey is what makes the techniques so immersive and effective.
Different journeys use different tracks in a variety of styles, so each session is a unique experience.
Breathwork for insight and bliss
This experience invites you to explore how breathwork can open the way to insight and wisdom.
Shamans have long ago discovered the connection between shifting out of our usual ways of being and the capacity for insight. The SOMA Awakening Journey is a modern and safe way of doing exactly that!
By skillfully navigating and integrating altered states of consciousness and emotional release, we can transmute these experiences into wisdom, spontaneous transformation, and more happiness.
SOMA techniques are designed to leave you feeling relaxed, energised, and more positive after the journey.

Everyone is welcome
No experience or knowledge of breathwork is required.
If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, please check the FAQ before booking your ticket. Everybody can participate, but certain techniques have contraindications and should not be used in these situations.
The minimum age is 16.
Practicalities
Wear comfortable clothes.
Some yoga mats are available from the venue.
Some people like to wear sleep masks during the experience.
You can fill a water bottle at the venue.
I strongly recommend not eating for two hours before the workshop. If you do, make sure to eat light.
