Soul Space Circle is space to connect and share from an open heart with like minded souls. A space to let go of all the stories and any dramas of the day and unwind for a couple of hours or so with presence not pretence. It's a space to connect wit your soul and with other beautiful souls.

Theme: Music for the Soul featuring Baran Yildz performing live🥁

This will be a special 6th year anniversary celebration 🎉of Soul Space Circles ⭕️ with special guest musician Baran Yildz.

Baran will joining us for the second half of the evening for a soundbath as we explore the theme of how music is medicine for the soul.

We will start the evening with the sharing of self love cards and some pairing/connection exercises and a meditation (body scan and welcome the theme) followed by a soundbath with Baran”s beautiful handpan music in the second half of the session to close the evening.

When it comes to music do you choose music that inspires or relaxes you or do you prefer heavier versions that can have the opposite effect? Do you believe that music is medicine and has healing qualities, perhaps from your own experiences? Can music speak to you your heart and soul even without any lyrics?

These are the types of questions we will be exploring in the circle. There are no right or wrong answers, only what feels true for you in each moment.

Maria Lambi has been hosting Soul Space Circles since 2017 on a monthly basis, creating a safe space for open minded and open hearted beings to connect with themselves and with each other at the soul level. Maria has also led meditation sessions in a corporate setting, both online and in person and is passionate about bringing people together and helping them find their centre, integrating over a decade of self awareness practicises. Maria is excited to be offering a Soul Space Circles on a Tuesday night as well as the usual Wednesday nights from May 2023.
