Our serenity Sunday session is designed to help you reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance overall well being.
Live Music & Sound Healing
Throughout the session, you will be transformed to another space for deep healing and relaxation. The sounds of the sacred instruments, the crystal + Tibetan bowls, and soothing vocals will deepen your experience of self love, connecting deep within the cells of your body.
Movement
Our experienced instructors will guide you through a range of techniques, including
mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises, light movement, live music & sound healing to help cultivate inner peace and resilience.
Nourishment
A fine selection of herbal teas, and coffee is available for all our guests, as well as healthy light snacks & refreshments to enjoy. Cosy up by the firepits and soak up the warmth as the sun sets.

This experience is suitable for everyone, whether you have been practicing meditation for years, or someone who could just use some time out. Our goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed.
