Renew Taurus New Moon Cacao, Rebirthing Breathwork & Sound healing Journey

  • Hugh Bamford Reserve Hall, Hugh Bamford Reserve, North Bondi, NSW, 2026 (map)

I will be guiding you through a beautiful cacao ceremony connecting and balancing our chakras and a Rebirthing breathwork to drop in and connect deeper to the subconscious parts of ourselves and release anything no longer serving us so we can step into a new version of ourselves with the new moon energy.

Toonie will help us integrate with a beautiful sound bath. The sound vibrations will drop you even deeper beneath the monkey mind for some deep healing.

Toonie uses various beautiful instruments, including tibetan & crystal bowls, Koshi & swing chimes, handpan, rain stick & ocean drum

Sound healing is a powerful vibrational medicine to activate and shift our internal world to release stress, anxiety and trauma, recalibrate our nervous system and help us sleep better.
