Experience the freedom of freestyle dance with hi fidelity sound, wordclass djs, beautiful community and intentionally clean energy. Ecstatic Dance is an international phenomenon of epic tunes and good crew coming together to go deep and get their groove on.

This is an audio-guided meditative movement class.

We start slow & soft with stretching to chill beats before the lights go down and the music comes up to ride the peaks of ecstatic bass lines!

We move, we flow and we dance however we wish to express our body language with no judgement in a safe and wholesome environment, letting loose and going deep within. Ending in savasana for sound healing and integration.
