Inner Sound invites you to our 1st event, held at Cura Healing Community, with live music, meditation, dance & movement, somatic bodywork experience, sound healing and Cacao.

Inner Sound is a music project by Solano Domingos, Felipe Abdala e Marco Tesi, musicians of the heart with a repertoire of world medicine music, soundscape and sound healing journey that will lift the spirits, ease the mind and ground the feet. Rachel Carvalho will join us in this especial event bringing ceremonial grade Cacao to connect us to our hearts.

The afternoon starts with intention setting, acknowledgement to country and meditation to induce a state of relaxed awareness. While Cacao is being served we will have live music followed by electronic beats and once Cacao has made its way into your heart the space is open for free expression either through movement dance, yoga, moving meditation or if you prefer to stay still, sit and contemplate you are very welcome to do so. We close the day with a sound healing session to stabilize the energies allowing the high frequencies to settle in a harmonious way.

High vibrational sounds create the landscape for inner exploration through the senses, through presence and movement having Cacao as the heart connector. This is an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others in a contemplative and celebratory way.

Inner Sound Project:

Solano Domingos - Systemic Intelligence therapist (Family Constellation), meditation teacher and energy healer practitioner who guides people to develop their own internal tools in order to expand their consciousness for a more fulfilling and blissful life. Solano has been playing music since he was 15 and after getting in touch with shamanism and spiritual practices has been playing medicine songs and kirtan in meditation and music events in the last years as he recognizes the power of music and sound to heal, connect and elevate us.

Marco Tesi - Marco has vast experience working in the field of healing arts. He is qualified in integrative breathing techniques, somatic emotional healing therapies and adaptive embodiment practices for treating post traumatic stress disorder in a body centred multidisciplinary approach. He is certified in integral vibrational sound healing as also energy psychic healing with hands or at distance.

Fellipe Abdalla- is a music lover and a musician since a very young age and started to learn how to play music instruments during his teenagehood. For him, music has a really important role in society and in the development of humankind, the way how we socialize and how we express feelings with a language that goes beyond words, that's able to communicate with everyone, no matter where the person is from. The last few years Fellipe has been learning more about Music as Medicine and how music is able to cure and heal our minds, bodies and spirits. From his acoustic guitar together with his voice, from his synthesizers and electronic instruments or when he jumps in the DJ decks, the soundwaves are his way of connection with the Great Spirit.

Especial guest:

Rachel Carvalho - Discovered the realm of food as medicine 12 years ago in a living foods and sprouting course, after finishing her bachelor in Dietetics & Nutrition. The kitchen became her atelier where magic is weaved as a sacred ritual present in her everyday life. Cacao was gifted to her 3 years ago and so she started her journey with this plant of the gods and now she is happy to serve it to you.

What to bring:

- Yoga mat, blanket, cushions or small rug to sit on. Its an outdoor space and you will be sitting on the grass.

- Cup/mug to drink the Cacao, bring your favourite;

- Water to stay hydrated.

Note: The Cacao will be served in a ritualistic way, respecting the sacredness of the spirit of the plant but this is not a Cacao ceremony as we dont follow any indigenous or shamanic protocols, even though, the Cacao used for this journey is ceremonial grade full of blessings and charged with good intentions.

****The event will take place in a beautiful outdoors garden so in case it rains we will reschedule it to a new date to be confirmed.****
